How to Buy

Buying a used vehicle from Japan is simple with IMARA AUTO EXPORT. Follow these four steps — from choosing your unit to collecting it at your local port.

1. 1

   Choose a vehicle & get a quote

   Browse stock, pick your unit, and request a USD FOB quote.

   • Search our Stock List by shape, make, year, transmission, or keywords.
   • Open the vehicle detail page to review photos, mileage, and specifications.
   • Send an inquiry or WhatsApp message with the Stock No. Tell us your destination country and preferred port.
   • We confirm availability and send a clear USD FOB price quote. If you need CIF or freight options later, we can discuss shipping separately.
2. 2

   Confirm & pay by bank TT

   Reserve the vehicle and complete payment by bank transfer.

   • Once you accept the quote, we reserve the vehicle for you.
   • Payment is made by Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) in USD to our company account.
   • We share official bank details after confirmation. Always verify account information through our Contact channel before transferring.
   • After payment is received, we begin export preparation, inspection checks as needed, and documentation.
3. 3

   Export & shipment

   We arrange export from Japan by RORO or container.

   • Vehicles are typically shipped by RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) or in a container, depending on destination and unit type.
   • We handle export procedures from Japan and coordinate with the shipping line.
   • You receive shipping advice with vessel name, voyage, ETA, and tracking information when available.
   • Transit time varies by route — commonly a few weeks to your destination port.
4. 4

   Documents, customs & delivery

   Receive documents, clear customs, and collect your vehicle.

   • We send the required shipping documents (such as Bill of Lading / Waybill and export paperwork) as soon as they are ready.
   • Use the documents to clear customs at your destination port according to local regulations.
   • Pay any local duties, taxes, and port charges as required in your country.
   • After clearance, collect your vehicle from the port or arranged yard — then enjoy your purchase.
